Rallying from a 30-14 deficit in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks triumphed by a single point at home, registering their fifth straight win.
While the Rams had already secured a post-season spot earlier on Sunday, the Seahawks booked their return to the play-offs after a 24-month absence.
With this result, the Seahawks now lead their Conference standings with a 12-3 mark, replacing the Rams, who fell to the number five seed with an eleven and four standing.
